i actually read all this - thanks for posting it!

the NLGC has realised that the rules anyway need amending to make explicit the whole union's commitment to seek to ensure equality for, and tackle discrimination against, transgender people, whether or not the lesbian and gay group becomes a lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender group.

*cough* anything missing there?
