Kenneth Wolstenholme has died.
For US readers, he did the BBC TV commentary for the World Cup soccer final in 1966 - at the end he said something that's passed into UK TV legend: '...some people are on the pitch... they think it's all over... [Geoff Hurst scores, making it England 4 - West Germany 2] ... it is now!'
