(and fortunately, I'm not, for "what is the crime etc etc")
... I'd contact customers who I had sent a new 'chip & pin' card to in August, but who had not used it - maybe, just maybe because they had never received it - before cancelling their existing magnetic strip card which had eight months before its expiry date.
I'm looking for a new bank.
