Hmmm. #5, the preferred option of the 'green ink'?/BNF brigade was only running third when I voted yesterday morning (though chasing second spot).
It does show the general problem with votes structured like this, that don't allow you to rank preferences: put enough 'good' ideas up against a 'bad' one and the sensible votes get split and the green inkers win. If I was asked to rank all the proposals on a 'strongly for' to 'strongly against' scale I think I could support all the other 4 options but #5 would get a definite 'strongly against'.
