Oooh!

In the incredibly patchy Robocop II, one of my favourite bits is the end, where the men in OCP are deciding to blame the disaster on the woman. "Of course, you'd need evidence..." "Sir, whether it exists or not, I'm sure I can find it."

My problem is usually the reverse - I know it sodding well exists, but I can't find it.

Two such items have been my mini binoculars / opera glasses, a bargain from Spain, which have been missing for months, and my compact camera, ditto but less missed.

They both just turned up :) in a really silly place, so I'm reasonably sure I didn't put them there.

It's when this happens to memories that I start to worry...
