Why are We are not Worthy?

I hadn't realised this before the BBC news website pointed it out, but if The Evil One's official re-election campaign website doesn't think you're physically in the US, it won't let you see it.

A suitable proxy server fixes that, and leaves the questions of (a) why??? and (b) what about Americans - voters! - living abroad?

I suppose it encapsulates his basic 'who cares about the rest of the world' approach, but it'd make it particularly sweet if absentee ballots did end up making him lose.

I suspect Bush winning will hurt, not help, Blair's prospects next year.
