First import, now replace?

I did wonder if there was a problem with the importer for getting LJ content here - it's been about eight years since I last used it - but I can confirm that it does get the comments on LJ to posts that were cross-posted from here, if you wait for all of it to finish, ahem.

What I'd love to be able to do, easily, is replace every public post on LJ with a link to the equivalent one here. I could obviously do it manually, but it's far too much work. Is there an automated tool that does it?

It would help if the 'SomeNumber.html' bit of both URLs was the same, but...

I am very much enjoying this, partly because of - and not despite of - the pace. It's not afraid to have long minutes with no dialogue or audience hand-holding, typically accompanied by some stunning New Mexico skyscapes.
