Firefox oddness

At home, I can no longer use the Tabbrowser Extensions - it causes all sorts of problems, even if I religiously keep installing the latest version, and I have to rely on about five other extensions to do what it does (and even then, there isn't a proper tab scroll bar). But the history is ordered by day, at least for the past week.

(If someone knows what to tweak to get it to sort by date for longer than that, please let me know!)

At work, the Tabbrowser Extensions work wonderfully. But the history isn't arranged by date.

I think you're the only person I know who makes quite such extensive use of tabs - the idea of needing a tab scroll-bar is completely alien to me...

Given the choice between bookmarking something or leaving it open in a tab... doubly so with something like LJ or a board I monitor at work which doesn't have a decent 'someone's said something new' system. The latter doesn't even have archives, so if you don't leave tabs open, you risk losing stuff.

I'm sometimes amazed more people don't have a hundred or so open. One of the joys of the web is finding things of unexpected interest, following links.
