Lazyweb - Telephone call

I can find people who will, for a one-off fee of a tenner or less, give me an 0845 number and send calls to it to a 'voice over ip' system of my choice.

Does anyone, for a possibly larger but ideally still reasonable fee, do that with a UK 'geographic' number like 020 1234 5678?

You can get a UK geographic number on skype for £10/month. Is that the sort of thing you're looking for?

Not quite, I want to direct it to a virtual messagephone which will tell callers stuff according to which buttons they press. I'm not interested in talking to them or taking messages.

And I don't want to pay money to do this bit :)
