lovingboth1. How do I stop a program running, except when I run it? The Amazon app store program is somehow restarting after I stop it and delete its data. It then downloads / recreates that data. Where do I look to see what is enabling it to do so? I have root rights on my phone, so one option might be to rename / move the .APK, and only restore it when I want it to run. Is there an easier way?
2. Any tips for a program that shows a large digital clock on as much of the screen as possible? I can find two million widgets, most of whom want to clone the HTC Sense clock, but which are too small and analog clocks... jwz's Dali Clock would be perfect, except that it doesn't seem to have made it to Android.
