That's a fair amount! I tend to average several months for the usual size jars of most herbs, though in part that's simply due to having quite a few to choose from, so the load's well spread out. My "go to" seasoning is probably more garlic powder (a terrible cheat, I know, but it's magnificently convenient, and dirt cheap when bought in the Indian aisle), as well as oyster sauce. =:9
It is my favourite herb, and goes in anything involving tomato with the exception of burgers, where I use rosemary to go with the sun-dried tomato paste.
Crushing garlic (hit it with a jar of something) is so easy, I don't bother with the powder.
