'What I did over Christmas' comes soon, but first...

... is the Vampire: The Masquerade PC game any good? It was one of five I bought really cheaply from a charity shop, and I'm allowed to keep one :)

Majesty (a fantasy kingdom sim) is the alternative.

i seem to remember (albeit very hazily) that having thaum prison of ice really helped..

So so, as PC roleplays go. But I play tabletops, so it's always going to appear fairly lame in comparison...

I got together with a group and we rolled up characters for it once, and then it never happened. They sounded potentially fun to play. :)
