It's officially autumn in more ways than one

As well as the calendar, the heating is on for the first time in months.

18.5 degrees in the kitchen - what it's been on several days recently - is one thing, 16 degrees is another...

It's not actually equinox till tomorrow.

But like Central London still feels very autumny. It's the Marchmont Street Fair today and it's being very rained on with leaves blowing everywhere!

I put ours on for an hour this morning. I might have left it a bit longer if we hadn't been trying to dry clothes for a poorly child, but it would have been tempting.

Yeah the house system is kicking in a few times a day for a few minutes now.
