My favourite from way back was an 'Earth to Mars' film where they made a big point about how long it took to accelerate the spaceship... then showed it making a sharp 45 degree turn in the middle of space in a fraction of a second.

I've just got through Season One of Farscape, and we came up with a new way to deal with bad science. I just decided that the translater microbes were producing terms like DNA, and what they really meant was some strange alien scientific concept that our puny minds couldn't grok. It helped a lot :-)
