The joys of p2p networks

A man is sitting beside a table in someone else's house. He notices a bowl of fruit.

He takes an apple, and has a bite. He puts it back in the bowl.

He chews it. And looks around to see if he's been noticed.

It is very chewy and clearly tastes horrible.

He sneaks the apple out again and has another bite.

Chew, chew, chew. It is very horrible.

He looks around, takes the apple out again and has another very big bite.

Chew, chew, chew. Yuuuck.

He looks at the apple in amazement at how bad it is.

But he has another bite, and goes on to finish it. He starts on another one.

His friend comes in. "What are you eating?"

"An apple."

"Where did you get it?"

"From there," pointing at the bowl.

"Why that's not real fruit. It's imitation, it's made of wax!"

The friend sighs and goes off to his wife.

"What's he been doing now?" she asks.

"He's been eating that phony fruit."

"Oh, so that's where it's been going... that's the third apple I've missed this week."
