Xbox stuff

lovingbothLiam's been after a games console as - although he doesn't play the PC games we have much - 'everyone' else has one.
Apart from his two best friends, and lots of other people, of course.
As far as I was concerned, the choice was an Xbox as, at heart, it's a cheap PC you can stick Linux on so it can be also be used for browsing / writing etc. Plus there are some good deals at the moment. (Oh, and Microsoft lose money on each one sold.)
In order to get Linux on without destroying the ability to play its games, you need a copy of MechAssault as it's dumb enough to load and run a "saved game" that's not exactly as saved game. Anyone got this to borrow for a day?
