BNP member sues over being called racist.

I didn't think any solicitors would touch a libel action under 'no win, no fee', particularly not one as risky as this one, because of the risk of getting a huge bill if they lost.

Ah well, both a BNP member *and* a solicitor will lose out - I'm trying to see the downside here.
