If you're thinking of driving any where near Chelsea at the moment, forget it. A fatal accident on the King's Road means the whole area's solid with traffic - Battersea Bridge is closed northbound unless you're in a bus or on a bike :) so both the Albert and Chelsea Bridges are jammed.

I wouldn't be surprised to learn Wandsworth, Victoria and Hammersmith were all affected too.

Heard about this this morning. I usually get the bus over Battersea Bridge (living, as I do, just off Battersea Bridge Road) to go to work, so I had to go via Clapham Jct instead today. F'ing nightmare. I wonder if it'll be cleared by the time I get to go home? :-/

Looks like it - someone else cycled in a couple of hours later and didn't notice anything.
