'Cos the ones I've just had back from them are.
The colours are way too light, and the text has a fringe where the yellow ink has slightly - but visibly - spread. In some of the solid areas of colour, you can see the dot pattern used.
There's a bit in the text with them that says "the colour will vary slightly to that shown on this proof". It'd had better, but what's the point of having a proof copy if you can't see that the colours are right?
