By using 'shell:' URLs, naughty people can be naughty on your PC.
If you've already got 0.91, http://mozilla.org/security/shell.html has a patch to disable this 'feature' or if you haven't, now's the time to install 0.92 (Windows version).
It also affects Thunderbird (the mail client) and Mozilla (the everything) - more details at the first link.
