This is Future Publishing as was with the dire 'PC Format', aka the magazine with its tongue stuck permanently up Bill Gates' backside? (not to mention the other titles being marginally less biased, but who can forget the review of NT 3.1 that was conducted on prerelease (faster) hardware not actually purchasable). Mind you, it appeared to be inhabited by spotty yoofs/yoofettes who were paid a pittance so not a surprise really.

I cant see why anyone would expect it to have changed in the last few years..
