Would HAVE. There's no such phrase as "would of", it's "would've", a contraction of "would have". "Would of" is meaningless. Think "I was scared, so I have run away. Or, I would have run away, but I fell." Please!
There's part of me that goes 'urgh' internally every time I hear an American (or someone from Nottingham) say something like 'shout me' or 'write him' or anything else missing out the 'to' in the middle.
But it's the local dialect.
