I've found the questionnaire and results from Cosmopolitan in 1988 where 68% of readers said they'd never knowingly sleep with a bisexual man.

So if 68% of them would refuse to sleep with a man for being bi, what proportion would refuse to sleep with a woman for that reason? Or wasn't it asked?
