You don't get additional paid time because of the power failure if you've got a permanent account.

In the past, permanent account holders have often been given the extra time so they can give it to someone else.

If you hadn't already realised - comment notification emails are being delayed

At least for me - seven comments to posts here, one email received.

Recent comments are getting emails, so presumably there's a backlog somewhere.
