Laptop memory

Does anyone have one or two 512 Mbyte 200 pin DDR SODIMMs, lying around? PC2100 speed is fine, but I'll need to open the thing before I can tell if it currently has one 512 Mbyte SODIMM installed (hooray!) or two 256Mbyte ones (boo!)

Does anyone want a 1Gbyte 200 pin DDR2 SODIMM? I'm not sure of the speed, but it's either 533 or 667 MHz.
