Ahem, the final clearing out means there's a first floor, two bedroom flat in Harrow, two minutes from Rayners Lane station, one minute from shops including some great Asian supermarkets, new bathroom, being redecorated, looking for tenants.

The background is that the person who was there for most of the past year paid hardly any of the rent he should have done, so the more money you have to offer as a deposit / advance payment, the better deal could probably be arranged.
