Neat new (to me) phishing spam

Hello, what happened with that item? Please respond Thank you."

All the links in the email are genuine.. except the 'respond' one: "http://3281702273/https://signin.ebay.com/[etc]" - the number will be the IP address of the naughty lookalike site.

Joy! Another phishing scam that I'll have to sort out for my Mom. (Every few weeks I get an e-mail or a phone call asking me "is this legit?" Of course, it never is, and no matter how hard I try to explain how to tell if they're real or fake, it never works.)
