Hooray and poo

lovingbothGmail (or Googlemail, as we're supposed to call it in the UK) can now read other accounts' POP3 boxes. Hooray. There's one account in particular I'd like to have that happen to - it should stop it getting too full.
But not every Gmail account is allowed to do this yet. And neither of my two main ones can. Poo. But a little used one is allowed to. Did they pick eligible accounts at random?
