I didn't see the end of the match but I watched a few frames on Sunday and it was amusing to see Hendry's face getting longer and more miserable as he watched Allan clear the table a couple of times in a row.
I knew he wasn't going to win the World final against Ken Doherty in 1997 (what would/should have been his seventh one, and the sixth in a row) when he was - gasp - smiling in the first few sessions.
