TfL oddity

lovingbothYes, I know, there's a lot that's odd about Transport for London, and especially its website journey planner.
But for the past couple of weeks, L's copy of Firefox has been giving a '503 denied' error when trying to go to http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk
It works for my copy, and it works for her with Opera and Chromium. so it's something with her FF setup. Disabling the only two add-ons that could affect this doesn't help.
Any ideas?
