If you've not used them, it's rarer that they charge for it! About the only excuse is that they are talking about free delivery on any order... that's only sometimes the case.

The Works.. that rings a bell. Aren't they one of the users of this glorious administration's workfare scheme? (Though nobody rivals the flagships for that vile programme, Tesco and Asda)
